Partner In Multiply  Advance  The Gospel Work

Together, we can carry the light of the gospel into places of darkness, equipping women to faithfully teach God’s Word and shine its truth in their families, churches, and communities.

Partnership on Mission

Rooted in Truth. Equipped to Serve.

Our partnership focuses on equipping women in the MENA region through teaching and providing resources so they can bring the gospel to their families, local churches and the community. We aim to transform lives through education and collaboration with local churches. Together, we train women to carry the gospel further into their homes, their churches and their communities.

How We Work

Collaborate with Local Churches

Every training and conference we offer is done in partnership with local churches. Our role is to come alongside, providing sound biblical teaching resources and training in Arabic, while local churches provide the ongoing discipleship, oversight, and community these women need to serve faithfully long-term. We are a support to the local church, not a substitute for it.

Across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Christian women are hungry to understand God’s Word and teach it faithfully. Gospel Rooted Women partners with local churches to provide biblical exposition training in Arabic, giving women the tools to study Scripture carefully, teach it clearly, and serve faithfully within their own churches and communities.

The vision doesn’t stop with one woman or one training. We invest in women who will equip others, strengthening local churches and helping faithful biblical teaching take root and multiply throughout the region.

Solid teaching is meant to be received together, not alone. In partnership with local churches, Gospel Rooted Women hosts conferences that bring Arabic-speaking Christian women together for sound biblical teaching, worship, and fellowship. For many women, these gatherings are a rare chance to be refreshed by God’s Word alongside sisters who share their language, culture, and calling.

These conferences do more than teach, they connect. Women leave encouraged, better equipped, and reminded that even as a minority in some of the world’s least-reached communities, they are not alone in the work God has called them to.

Why Partner With Us?

We are rooted in truth and equip women to serve.

Many of the women GRW trains live in communities where trained Bible teachers are rare and access to sound biblical instruction is limited. GRW meets that gap by investing in women who are already there.

90% Unreached People

An estimated 90% of people in North Africa and the Middle East live among unreached people groups, communities where there are too few believers to make the gospel readily accessible. GRW invests in women who are already there strengthening believers who can disciple others within their own language, culture, churches, families, and communities.

0.6% Evangelical

Evangelical believers make up an estimated 0.6% of the population across Joshua Project's North Africa and Middle East region. How do you strengthen and multiply such a small body of believers? GRW focuses on helping the small minority of Christians learn to teach the Bible and to teach them, to teach the Bible.

Nearly 8K workers are needed

Nearly 8,000 additional workers are estimated as needed to bring the gospel to unreached people groups across the region. The need is too great to rely on outside workers alone. GRW equips women already living and serving there to know and faithfully teach God's Word, multiplying gospel ministry from within.

Tightest Religious Restrictions

The Middle East and North Africa has the highest level of government restrictions on religion of any region in the world, according to Pew Research Center. In 2023, all 20 countries Pew classified in MENA had at least one reported case of government harassment of religious groups. In places where openly practicing and sharing faith can be difficult, relationships matter. GRW works through trusted partnerships with local churches, equipping women within their own cultural and relational contexts to faithfully teach God's Word and strengthen other believers.

Data is based on estimates from Joshua Project and Pew Research Center and is intended to provide a picture of gospel access and religious conditions across the MENA region.
